My name is Gwenivere Weiss, MA, LPC (she/her pronouns)
I get you have probably made it here because things feel hard or gritty or downright awful. Maybe you feel confused, maybe you feel stuck, but you are ready for things to be different. I work with folks who are ready for change in their lives. I am in love with the process of supporting people through this alchemical change. It blows my mind to see how resilient and brilliant humans are, even amidst such suffering.
Clients often come to see me when they are aware of their maladaptive patterns, stuck on how to change them, and ready to see something different in their lives.
I have a warm, yet real and honest approach. I am not a therapist that will feel hidden behind a shroud of mystery. I meet clients as the real me, with heart and straightforwardness.
Themes of anxiety, moving beyond trauma, as well as sex and sexuality are where I specialize.
I offer my clients tools to feel more deeply connected to themselves, others, and their purpose as well as create real, lasting change in their lives.
